Our Story

For over two decades, Frazier Revitalization has worked alongside residents, partners, and families to strengthen opportunity in South Dallas. Our story is one of long-term investment, community trust, and a shared vision for a neighborhood where generations can thrive.

Why Frazier?

The Frazier community has long been home to generations of families, deep relationships, and strong neighborhood identity. At the same time, decades of disinvestment created barriers to housing, health access, education, and economic opportunity. Frazier Revitalization was formed alongside residents to invest in the neighborhood’s future while building on the strengths already present in the community.
