COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, along with similar technologies such as pixels and tags. We use these technologies for the following purposes: (a) to enable essential Site functionality; (b) to analyze Site traffic and usage through Google Analytics; and (c) to measure the effectiveness of our outreach and, where applicable, to deliver and measure advertising through Google Ads, which may include showing our advertisements to people who have previously visited the Site.

When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner will ask for your preferences. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies at that time, and you may change your choices at any time by adjusting your browser settings or by using the cookie preference tools on the Site, where available. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; however, disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.

Google Analytics collects and processes data as described in Google’s privacy materials at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because no uniform industry standard for such signals exists.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: (a) to respond to your inquiries and requests; (b) to send you newsletters, updates, and information about programs, resources, and opportunities, as well as fundraising and marketing communications; (c) to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services; (d) to analyze Site usage and understand the needs of our community; (e) to conduct outreach and advertising; (f) to display and moderate user-submitted comments; (g) to maintain records of our communications and supporter relationships; and (h) to comply with applicable laws and enforce our rights.

The Site does not process donations or payments. Donations are made through a separate website operated by North Texas Giving Day – Communities Foundation of Texas. Information you provide on that website is collected and handled under that website’s own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it before donating.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or contact lists with any third party for its own marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only in the limited circumstances described below.

5.1 Service Providers. We engage third-party service providers who process information on our behalf and only as needed to perform services for us. These include our website hosting and content management provider (WordPress), Google (for analytics, advertising, and embedded YouTube content), [our constituent relationship management (“CRM”) and email communications provider, once selected], and similar vendors. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.

5.2 Legal Requirements and Protection. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Frazier Revitalization, our community, or others.

5.3 Organizational Changes. If Frazier Revitalization merges with, transfers assets to, or is succeeded by another organization, information we hold may be transferred to that successor, which will be bound to honor this Privacy Policy or to provide notice of any material change.

5.4 Public Content. Comments or other content you submit for public display may be viewed by any visitor to the Site. We are not responsible for information you choose to make public.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, websites we do not own or operate, including but not limited to YouTube and our donation platform. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Unless otherwise required, we retain inquiry and contact form submissions following our last communication with you; newsletter subscriber information until you unsubscribe or request deletion; and user-submitted comments for as long as they remain posted on the Site, or until you request their removal.
