OVERVIEW

This SMS Text Messaging Terms and Policy (“SMS Terms”) governs the text messaging program operated by Frazier Revitalization (“Frazier Revitalization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a nonprofit organization serving residents of Dallas, Texas. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy, available at https://frazierdallas.org/privacy-policy/.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

If you consent to receive informational SMS messages from Frazier Revitalization, you agree to receive informational SMS messages from us at the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining any resource, service, or information from us, or of making a donation. You may provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on the contact or signup form at frazierdallas.org, or by texting a keyword to a designated number.

You represent that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile telephone number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

TYPES OF MESSAGES

Messages sent through this program are informational in nature and may include: community resources and opportunities available to South Dallas residents, announcements of programs and events, reminders, promotional details, and updates about the activities of Frazier Revitalization. We will not use this program to send messages unrelated to these purposes.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY, RATES, AND SUPPORT

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Frazier Revitalization does not charge a fee for the text messaging program, but your carrier may charge for messages sent and received.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For support, reply HELP or contact us at info@frazierdallas.org. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. If you opt in again, these SMS Terms will apply to your renewed participation.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

When you opt in, we collect your mobile telephone number, your name (if provided), the date and time of your consent, the method by which you consented, and records of messages sent to and from your number, including any opt-out or help requests. We use this information to send the messages described above, to respond to your replies and requests, to maintain a record of your consent, to comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements, and to operate and improve our communications. Additional information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy at https://frazierdallas.org/privacy-policy/.

SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers for the marketing or promotional purposes of any third party.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
